The poem (your choice of words) was / is a very powerful and emotional journey. Thank you for sharing and I hope, by doing so, it brings you some form of release.🤞
And after all that, you have to experience a migraine as part of the recovery process!!
The photographs reinforced the feelings generated by your poem.💐🙏
Thank you so much, Mark!! 🤍 This week was really a struggle, the words never seemed right, just as the images didn’t. But the further I got the easier it was. My migraine is kinda closing down the system when everything get too much.
Oh sweetie, I feel your pain. Thank you for sharing your feelings, you do have a way with words. Life is a journey that we all have to experience. But sometimes, we get lost trying to figure out, “What the F**k?” You’re one talented individual who stands out in this world! I am amazed by your photos and words. Namaste
Thank you so much, Jo-Ann!! 🤍 I‘m mostly swimming against the current, so life’s pretty rough sometimes. Especially fighting against myself. Thank you so much for reading, understanding and commenting! 🫶🏻
I love this, and your photographs always move me.I too suffer from horrible migraines, almost my entire life.Lots of times,I've noticed real, true, beautiful creativity comes out of us either during intense pain or illness or immediately after.Thank You for sharing...💜
Thank you so much for reading and sharing your experiences, Sandra. 🤍 For me it feels like migraines is some kind of purge. I try to see the good in it.
Me too...hard to see the good when you're in that kind of pain, but I feel different;very weak but a sort of cleansing? I don't know. You are spot on with the purge and looking for the good in it thing...thank you!
It's amazing how from pain can be born such beautiful words and pictures that shine in wonderful art... and "the world turns white" again.🤍
I'm sure Jack also has some credit for making your migraine go away.😺 And you, beautiful wildflower, you get a hug from me too (from those with the smile).🤗
feels like swimming and to lay back after a time to let the water hold the weight does that make sense ? Its powerful in its vulnerability dear wildflower 🤍 du hast es einfach drauf !
That totally makes sense to me!! Thank you so much, dearest pie!! 🤍 Gerade weil mir das Schreiben so schwer gefallen ist, bedeutet mir Dein Feedback umso mehr.
Powerful and I resonated with migraines almost being gifts. Sometimes when I have been running too hard and fast, not willing to stop for anything, a migraine is the only thing that could stop me in my tracks. Even in the pain, I could see the gift.
Yes, same here. When I go beyond my own boundaries, migraines stops me and forces me to rest. Thank you for reading and resonating with my words, Stephanie!! 🤍
Clarity of the closed eyes— vision comes with the opportunity to see in the darkness new images that reveal a revelation . Pain lets you know you’re still alive to bring wonder to life.
