Phoenix
I.
black feathers
encircle her
pale white face
sable eyes
pierce
impermeable
ambiguity
she moves
in dark
flowers
smooth
tranquility
rough edges
unseen
concealed
beneath a
meek veneer
no interferences
disrupting
II.
intricate rawness
wrapped around
her frail neck
a chain
of thorns
carving
recurring patterns
into her
pliant skin
conflicting
extraction
of intensity
and gloom
unable
to fix
the crack
III.
inside
a chasm
burning fields
of (self)
loathing
obstruction
destruction
an edacious
blaze
consuming her
internal
eternal
unbrokenness
a perennial combat
against her
shadow
self
she
can’t
win
IV.
white lily-petals
cover her
purged body
as she arises
out of
the ashes

Soooo good, sooo Amazing. I love the effects you have incorporated …and the poem …superlative, moving, personal, emotional … stands together of on its own. Magnificent visual communication. 🌞🧡✍️
Wonderfully magical as usual. I love how mystical your photos are, especially fog in the wilderness, and all those trees. Thank you so much for!
